Preparation and Baking

  5. Drop 3-4 tablespoons of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing each by 2 inches.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.

  8. Prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth, then drizzle over cooled fritters.
