Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl: cooked shredded chicken, napa cabbage, shredded carrots, and thinly sliced red onion.
  2. Add fresh mint and cilantro leaves into the salad bowl and gently fold them in.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, rice vinegar, honey or sugar, minced garlic, and optional red chili to create the dressing.
