Ingredients
  

  • 2 large naan bread
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the naan bread on a baking sheet and brush each with olive oil.
  3. Spread 1/4 cup of tzatziki sauce on each naan, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Evenly distribute the shredded chicken, diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and diced red bell pepper over the tzatziki sauce.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the veggies and chicken.
  6. Season with dried oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  9. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
