Marinade Preparation
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients until combined.
- Place proteins or vegetables in a resealable bag or dish, pour marinade over, and massage in.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, but no more than 4 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high, remove food from marinade, shake off excess, and grill accordingly.
- Allow grilled proteins to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Store any leftover marinade in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the fridge. It can be frozen for up to 3 months.
