Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 ripe avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • Sliced tomatoes optional

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  2. Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into small patties.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the turkey patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. While the patties are cooking, prepare the spicy mayo by mixing the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl.
  5. To assemble the sliders, spread a generous amount of spicy mayo on the bottom half of each slider bun. Add a turkey patty, a slice of avocado, and a handful of shredded lettuce. Top with sliced tomatoes if desired, and place the top half of the bun on each slider.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
