Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup ginger ale
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 cup diced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup diced kiwi
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, coconut water, and fresh lime juice. Stir well to mix all the juices together.
  2. Add the diced pineapple, strawberries, and kiwi to the juice mixture.
  3. Chill the punch in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Just before serving, add the ginger ale to the pitcher for a fizzy finish.
  5. Serve the punch over ice cubes in glasses and garnish each serving with fresh mint leaves.
