In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well to combine.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese, corn, and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
