- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Peel and slice the Vidalia onions into ¼-inch thick rounds, separating them into individual rings.
- Layer the onion rings in the baking dish and sprinkle salt, garlic powder, and oregano over them.
- Cut the unsalted butter into eight pats and place evenly over the onions.
- Sprinkle the Italian blend cheese and cheddar cheese over the onions, then top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Let cool for a few moments before serving hot.
