Ingredients
  

For the Onions
  • 6 medium Vidalia Sweet Onions or Walla Walla or Maui onions as substitutes
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter cut into equal pats
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
For the Cheese Layers
  • 2 cups Italian Blend Cheese finely shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese finely shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese finely shredded

Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Peel and slice the Vidalia onions into ¼-inch thick rounds, separating them into individual rings.
  3. Layer the onion rings in the baking dish and sprinkle salt, garlic powder, and oregano over them.
  4. Cut the unsalted butter into eight pats and place evenly over the onions.
  5. Sprinkle the Italian blend cheese and cheddar cheese over the onions, then top with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few moments before serving hot.
