Cooking Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Add bell peppers and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until the peppers are tender but still crisp.
- Reduce heat to medium and stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sriracha. Toss to coat the chicken and vegetables and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and top with sliced jalapeños, green onions, and cilantro.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
