  • 1 handful kettle potato chips any favorite crunchy chip can be used
  • 1 handful arugula spinach or other leafy greens can work

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to broil on high. Arrange two slices of sourdough bread on a baking sheet and broil for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Flip the toasted bread, place sharp cheddar cheese atop one slice, and return to the oven broiling for another 1-2 minutes until melted.
  3. Sprinkle pickled jalapeños evenly over the melted cheese.
  4. On the un-topped slice of bread, spread grainy Dijon mustard and drizzle with honey.
  5. Layer thin slices of Honeycrisp apple, red onion, fresh arugula, and kettle potato chips on the mustard-covered slice.
  6. Carefully place the cheesy side on top, slice the sandwich in half, and serve immediately.
