Ingredients
  

  • 2 ribeye steaks approximately 1 inch thick, 12-16 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme or oregano
  • 2 tablespoons ghee

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill to a high temperature.
  2. Pat the ribeye steaks dry and season both sides with sea salt and black pepper.
  3. Drizzle avocado oil over the steaks and rub it in for an even coating.
  4. Place the steaks on the hot grill and sear undisturbed for about 5-6 minutes.
  5. Turn the steaks over, sprinkle with minced garlic and fresh herbs, and add ghee to the grill.
  6. Continue grilling for an additional 5-6 minutes for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
  7. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
