  • 1/2 cup Black or Kalamata Olives sliced green olives as substitute
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese or goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Red Onion or green onions for milder taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine drained garbanzo beans, tahini, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Gradually drizzle in olive oil while processing until you reach a creamy consistency, about 1–2 minutes.
  2. Spread the prepared hummus evenly in the bottom of an 11x7 or 8x8-inch baking dish, smoothing the surface. Refrigerate the hummus layer for at least 15 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with chopped parsley, dill (if using), and remaining minced garlic. Spread the yogurt mixture on top of the chilled hummus.
  4. Layer the diced English cucumber, diced grape tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, and chopped red onion evenly on top.
  5. Serve immediately with pita chips, fresh veggies, or flatbreads for dipping.
