- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and brush a springform pan with melted unsalted butter.
- Roll out your pizza dough to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into 1.5” by 2” rectangles.
- Wrap each lil’ smokie in the dough and pinch seams to secure.
- Arrange wrapped smokies vertically in the greased springform pan.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
- In a pot, melt butter, whisk in flour, gradually add milk, then stir in mustard and cheese until creamy.
