Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1 cup of creamy peanut butter and 1/4 cup of maple syrup. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in 2 cups of old-fashioned rolled oats into the peanut butter mixture.
  3. Prepare silicone molds by lightly greasing them if needed. Scoop the mixture into each mold, pressing down firmly.
  4. Place the filled molds into the freezer for approximately 20 minutes to firm up.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 cup of dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Remove the oat cups from the freezer and drizzle the melted chocolate over each.
  7. Return the cups to the freezer for another 20 minutes to set the chocolate.
  8. After they are hardened, sprinkle with flaky sea salt and serve chilled.
