- In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1 cup of creamy peanut butter and 1/4 cup of maple syrup. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in 2 cups of old-fashioned rolled oats into the peanut butter mixture.
- Prepare silicone molds by lightly greasing them if needed. Scoop the mixture into each mold, pressing down firmly.
- Place the filled molds into the freezer for approximately 20 minutes to firm up.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 cup of dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Remove the oat cups from the freezer and drizzle the melted chocolate over each.
- Return the cups to the freezer for another 20 minutes to set the chocolate.
- After they are hardened, sprinkle with flaky sea salt and serve chilled.
