  3. Wash and dry your chicken pieces and cut potatoes into evenly sized pieces, about 1 to 2 inches.
  4. In your prepared roasting pan, place the chicken pieces skin-side up and spread the potatoes around them.
  5. Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and potatoes, rubbing it into every nook.
  6. Bake uncovered for approximately 40 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and potatoes are fork-tender.
  7. Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before sprinkling fresh parsley over the top.
