Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Old Bay seasoning. Gently fold these ingredients together until well mixed.
- Lightly grease a baking dish. Transfer the crab mixture into the dish, smoothing the top with a spatula. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top if using.
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh herbs or lemon if desired. Serve warm.
