Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Mix the flour, cocoa powder, Dutch cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Combine sugar, pumpkin puree, water, oil, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
- Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until no dry flour remains, optionally adding chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
