Preparation

  5. Roast them in the oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir the Brussels sprouts after 10 minutes and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Whisk together maple syrup, fresh orange juice, orange zest, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  8. Drizzle the glaze over the roasted Brussels sprouts.
  9. Return the glazed Brussels sprouts to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
