  • Crushed Nutmeg or Cinnamon for sprinkling
  • Candy Canes crushed for topping

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly moistened. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add sugar, beat well, then mix in eggs one at a time.
  3. Add eggnog, vanilla extract, and nutmeg. Mix on low speed until creamy and well combined.
  4. If desired, fold in additional ingredients like white chocolate or crushed candy canes.
  5. Pour filling over chilled crust. Bake at 325°F for 45-50 minutes until outer edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Cool at room temperature for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form and spread on top of cheesecake. Sprinkle with nutmeg, cinnamon or candy canes.
  8. Remove sides of the springform pan, slice, and serve chilled.
