Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, whole milk, and lemon juice. Add Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, minced garlic, yellow mustard, dried parsley, and black pepper. Fold in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
