- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup bundt pan.
- Combine chopped, peeled apples with ¼ cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
- Whisk ¾ cup of granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon in a larger mixing bowl.
- Cut each biscuit into four pieces and toss in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Layer 1/3 of the apple mixture at the bottom of the bundt pan, followed by 1/3 of the biscuit pieces. Repeat until all are used.
- Mix melted butter, 1 cup of brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Pour the sweet butter and sugar mixture evenly over the layered biscuits in the bundt pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
- Allow the monkey bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then flip it onto a serving plate.
