Step-by-Step Instructions for Apple Enchiladas
- Peel, core, and slice apples. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat, add apples, sugar, and cinnamon. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Lay tortillas on clean surface. Spoon sautéed apple mixture onto each tortilla. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in greased baking dish.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
