Stir in the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium-high heat. Add the salmon bites in a single layer and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Pour the honey garlic sauce over the cooked salmon bites and gently toss to coat. Cook for an additional minute to heat through.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
