  1. Begin by washing the zucchinis and fresh herbs under cool water. Slice the zucchinis into ¼-inch thick rounds.

  3. Preheat your grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Carefully place the marinated zucchini and halloumi on the grill. Grill for 3–4 minutes on each side until charred.
