Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is well coated.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
  3. Grill the chicken skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.
  4. While the chicken is grilling, prepare the creamy garlic sauce. In a medium bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Once the chicken is done, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve the grilled chicken bites with the creamy garlic sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the olive oil and spices for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
  • You can add some chopped fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro to the creamy garlic sauce for a fresh twist.
  • If you prefer a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the chicken seasoning or the sauce.
