Dough
  • 1 pkg Pizza Dough store-bought for quicker assembly
  • 1/4 cup Butter unsalted recommended
  • 3 cloves Garlic freshly minced for the best flavor

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the ground beef over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in crumbled bacon and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
  4. Spread the cooled filling evenly over the dough, sprinkle cheddar cheese and pickles on top.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  6. Melt butter and mix with minced garlic. Brush this over each rollup.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
