Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon and drain on paper towels, leaving about 1 tablespoon of bacon grease in the skillet.
In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked bacon back to the skillet and mix well. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Spread a layer of the cheese mixture on each triangle, then add a spoonful of the beef and bacon mixture on top.
Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end and place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops of the roll-ups with melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
