Preparation Steps
- Combine 1 cup of full-fat Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup of powdered peanut butter, 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter, and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup in a medium mixing bowl, mixing until smooth.
- Line a plate or tray with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Scoop out portions of the mixture using a tablespoon and place them on the prepared tray, aiming for 12 to 15 bite-sized pieces.
- Freeze the tray for 10 to 20 minutes until the bites are firm.
- Melt 1/2 cup of chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
