- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Layer the rice evenly on the bottom of the dish and pour chicken broth over it.
- Place the chicken on top of the rice and season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Spread the tzatziki sauce over the chicken evenly.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 35–40 minutes.
- Optionally remove the foil during the last 10 minutes to brown the top.
- Let it rest for about 5 minutes after baking, then garnish with fresh herbs.
- Serve and enjoy the dish, with optional feta cheese on top.
