Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
- In a high-quality food processor, combine rolled oats, black beans, cocoa powders, salt, pure maple syrup, oil or nut butter, pure vanilla extract, and baking powder. Blend until smooth for about 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer the batter to a mixing bowl and gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Use a small cookie scoop or tablespoon to portion the brownie batter into each muffin cup, filling them about ¾ full. Press a few more mini chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes until the edges look set but centers still appear slightly soft.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before carefully transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
Ensure to blend the batter thoroughly for a silky texture; chocolate chips are essential for rich flavor. Experiment with flavors like cinnamon or instant coffee for a twist.
