Chicken
  • 1 lb Boneless chicken breast diced
Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter smooth
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha optional
Vegetables
  • 1 cup Carrots shredded
  • 1 cup Bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup Green onions chopped
Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Chopped peanuts
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped

Method
 

Cooking Noodles
  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Preparing Chicken
  1. In a skillet, cook the diced chicken over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
Making Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and Sriracha until smooth.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Add cooked noodles, chicken, veggies, and sauce to the skillet. Toss well to combine.
Garnishing
  1. Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro.
