Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger until well combined.
  2. Add the salmon pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. After marinating, remove the salmon from the fridge and sprinkle cornstarch, black pepper, and salt over the pieces. Toss gently to coat.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the salmon pieces in a single layer, cooking in batches if necessary.
  5. Fry the salmon bites for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve the crispy salmon bites warm, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
