  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional for heat
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil until evenly coated.
  3. In a separate small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  4. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the wings and toss until they are well coated.
  5. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook in batches.
  6. Cook the wings for 25-30 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The wings should be golden brown and crispy.
  7. Once cooked, remove the wings from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
