Step-by-Step Instructions for Crispy Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Cod
  1. Rinse the cod fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well until evenly mixed.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Brush one side of each seasoned cod fillet with the mayonnaise mixture and press it into the breadcrumb mixture for a generous coating.
