- Dip each chicken tender into the honey garlic mixture and coat it in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the coated chicken tenders in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
