Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. Melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Stir in fresh lemon juice, heavy cream, and chicken broth into the skillet with the garlic and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add drained pasta and fresh shrimp into the skillet, tossing gently until well-coated with the creamy sauce.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella and freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
