  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • 1 package 9 ounces refrigerated or frozen cheese ravioli

Method
 

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, continuing to cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

  6. Meanwhile, cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and add to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
