Step-by-Step Instructions for Creamy Fruit Salad With Condensed Milk
  1. Start by pouring ¼ cup of lemon juice into a large mixing bowl. This zesty liquid will prevent the fruits from browning and add a vibrant freshness to your Creamy Fruit Salad With Condensed Milk.
  2. Wash, core, and chop a large apple into bite-sized pieces, then add them to the bowl with lemon juice. Stir the pieces gently to coat them with lemon juice.
  3. Peel two ripe bananas and slice them into rounds about half an inch thick. Toss the banana slices with lemon juice.
  4. Rinse one pound of strawberries, one pint of blueberries, and two cups of grapes under cool water. Hull the strawberries and halve any large grapes, then add all to the mixing bowl.
  5. Open a can of 15 oz. mandarin oranges, draining the syrup while reserving it, and add to the bowl along with a 20 oz. can of pineapple tidbits. Pour ¼ cup of reserved pineapple juice over the fruit mixture and mix gently.
  6. Pour 14 oz. of sweetened condensed milk over the vibrant fruit mixture. Gently toss the ingredients together until evenly coated.
  7. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Serve cold, garnished with fresh mint if desired.
