Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  2. Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb some liquid and thicken the pudding.
  3. After 5 minutes, whisk the mixture again to break up any clumps.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the pudding to individual serving containers.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for a thicker consistency.
