Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pot, bring 4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and optional flavor enhancers. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in vegetables and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  3. Gently add potstickers and cook according to package instructions, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Prepare a cornstarch slurry and add to the soup, cooking for another minute to thicken.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed, then remove from heat and serve.
