- Once simmering, add 2 chai tea bags (or 2 teaspoons of loose chai) to the pot. Steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in 1 cup of your choice of milk, along with any sweetener like 1-2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup if desired. Heat gently over low heat.
- Carefully pour the latte into mugs, filling each about three-quarters full. Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, a cinnamon stick, or an apple slice.
