Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice about 4 oranges
  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup optional
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  2. Pour in the fresh orange juice and stir gently to mix the berries with the juice.
  3. If you prefer a sweeter drink, add honey or agave syrup and stir until dissolved.
  4. Just before serving, add the sparkling water or club soda to the pitcher and stir gently to combine.
  5. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the Citrus Berry Sparkler over the ice.
  6. Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and a few extra berries if desired.
