  • 1/2 cup Salted Butter Melted; unsalted is fine too.
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt Regular salt can substitute.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Optional; gives a glossy finish.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the garlic herb cheese spread, Italian blend cheese, grated garlic, finely chopped parsley, and garlic powder.
  3. Carefully split each pretzel hot dog bun lengthwise and stuff each bun with the cheese mixture.
  4. Gently score the tops of the filled buns with a few shallow cuts.
  5. Place the stuffed pretzel buns on a lined baking sheet, spaced out for even baking.
  6. Melt the salted butter in a small saucepan and mix in grated garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and kosher salt.
  7. Brush the tops of each stuffed pretzel with the garlic butter mixture.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and tops are light golden brown.
