  • 3/4 cup warm water about 110°F
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

  5. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
  7. Sprinkle the garlic powder and Italian seasoning evenly over the dough, then top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Cut the dough into strips (about 1 inch wide) and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  9. Brush the melted butter over the tops of the breadsticks.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
