In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Mix well.
Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
Sprinkle the garlic powder and Italian seasoning evenly over the dough, then top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Cut the dough into strips (about 1 inch wide) and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Brush the melted butter over the tops of the breadsticks.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
