Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the tortellini according to package instructions (3-5 minutes), then drain.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine marinara sauce, heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. In a baking dish, combine cooked tortellini, browned beef, and sauce until well mixed.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake uncovered in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
