Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the tortellini, and cook according to package directions, usually around 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the marinara sauce, heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  5. In a large baking dish, mix the cooked tortellini, ground beef, and sauce mixture until well-coated.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
  8. Let cool briefly, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
