  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce high-quality
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder fresh and lump-free
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Hungarian preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Salt kosher or sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil suitable for high heat cooking
For the Caramelized Onion Aioli
  • 2 large Yellow Onions thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar light brown preferred
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise high-quality like Hellmann's
  • 2 tablespoons Sour Cream full-fat for creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Fresh Garlic minced
For the Fresh Toppings
  • 6 cups Mixed Greens or Romaine Lettuce
  • 2 large Tomatoes diced
  • 1 large Cucumber diced
  • 0.5 large Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese freshly shredded
  • 0.5 cup Dill Pickle Slices
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Chives chopped

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Start by heating a large skillet over low heat. Add butter and sliced onions along with brown sugar. Sauté slowly for 25-30 minutes until caramelized.
  2. While onions caramelize, mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Form into patties.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Stir in cooled caramelized onions.
  4. Wash and chop lettuce, dice tomatoes and cucumber, and thinly slice red onion. Store separately.
  5. Heat olive oil in the skillet, cook burger patties for 8-10 minutes until browned and desired doneness.
  6. Assemble bowls with lettuce, patties, arrange vegetables, drizzle aioli, sprinkle cheese, and add pickle slices and chives.
