  • 1 cup Cheddar Jack Cheese can be substituted with mozzarella
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken use rotisserie, grilled, or leftover chicken
  • 1/2 cup Bacon cook until crispy for best results
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion can substitute with green onions for a milder flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro omit if you're not a fan

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly spray baking sheets with olive oil and place naan on each sheet.
  3. Spread barbecue sauce over each naan, leaving a ½ inch border.
  4. Sprinkle cheddar jack cheese over the sauce on each naan.
  5. Distribute the cooked chicken evenly over the cheese, then add crispy bacon bits.
  6. Add another sprinkle of cheese and drizzle more barbecue sauce on top.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until naan is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven, garnish with cilantro, slice, and serve warm.
