Ingredients
  

  • 2 6-ounce salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha adjust for spice preference
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the Bang Bang sauce. Set aside.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon fillets, then sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove the salmon from the oven and drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the top.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with additional lime wedges if desired.
