Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes optional, for a thicker smoothie

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple chunks, sliced banana, coconut milk, orange juice, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
  3. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with a slice of fresh fruit if desired.
