- In a blender, combine the frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple chunks, sliced banana, coconut milk, orange juice, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
